These terms govern your use of openstem. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information when you sign up and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use openstem.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use openstem for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
  • Scrape, resell, or redistribute content in ways that infringe others' rights.
  • Upload content you don't have the right to share.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the decks and content you create. You grant us a limited license to host and display that content solely to provide the service to you. You're responsible for the content you create and share.

4. Subscriptions and payments

openstem offers a free tier and a paid Pro plan. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from your account settings. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Service availability

We work hard to keep openstem available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, openstem will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you. Continuing to use openstem after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
